P4 wipes is a microfibre polyester wiper,knitted with ultra fine, half shine 75D144F yarn. Its high number of filaments in each yarn gives it a soft silk like feel and knitted with double jersey interlocking pattern.   P4 has many characteristic of its bi-component polyester/nylon Microfiber wipes cousin. Because of it close knit, it has strong wear resistance, softness in feel, hydrophilic, and good cleaning effects. However it does not have bio-burders and other contaminations associated with most bi-component microfibre fabric.

Given its lower price and acceptable wiping performance, it is a good and cheaper alternative to Bi-component microfibre wipes. Widely used in LCD,TFT,Lenses and HDD production lines.

We designed three class to adapt the different levels requirement of cleanroom, with both Laser as well as Ultrasonic sealed edges. Platinum used in class 1-10, Gold used in Class 100, Silver used is Class 1000-100,000. Users can choose to use as needed.
