Detailed Product Description

Bi-component Microfibre Sealed Edge Wipers

Z2 is made of 70% Polyester and 30% Nylon microfibre yarn and has most of Z1s cleaning properties, only that Z2 is more durable and has a slightly firmer feel compared to the Z1. It weighs 180gsm and are used for production line where wipers are reused many times. It will withstand more wipe times before the yarn starts to break and cause linting.

Z2 is not as soft as the Z1 but it is soft enough not to leave any skretch marks on most wiping surfaces.

Z2 Platinum Series offers cleanliness that can be used in class 1-100 controlled environments. Z2 Gold Series is suitable for use in class 1000 cleanroom and Z2 Silver Series is for class 10,000 and above usage.
